Do you collect from anywhere in London?
Yes. We collect door to door from every London borough, plus Watford, Slough, St Albans, Dartford and the surrounding South East. ULEZ and Congestion Charge are already included in the price we quote you.
How long does pet transport from London to Spain take?
Alicante and the Costa Blanca take about 24 to 30 hours door to door by road including the Eurotunnel crossing and welfare stops. Madrid is slightly shorter, Malaga and Marbella slightly longer. We plan an overnight rest so no pet is on the road continuously.
Can my pet fly from London instead?
Yes. We arrange air transport from Heathrow or Gatwick as manifest cargo or in cabin where the airline permits it, with hand delivery at the Spanish airport. Road is usually the better option for flat-faced breeds such as pugs, French bulldogs and Persian cats.
